That<br>document contains the general principles that guide the commitment to intolerance to<br>violation of human and labor rights, as well as compliance with the legislation of<br>ethical and responsible way. In accordance with these principles, the company implemented the<br>SANRISIL Code of Ethics and Conduct and reporting channels for investigation and handling.<br>Our policies and procedures aim to ensure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 &#8211; CHILD LABOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANRISIL does not and will not use child labor under any circumstances in its<br>business activities nor does it support its use by its customers and suppliers.<br>It applies the legal prohibition of the work of minors under 16 years of age, as established by the<br>Federal Constitution, Consolidation of Labor Laws and Statute of the Child and the<br>Adolescent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 &#8211; FORCED OR SLAVE LABOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANRISIL does not use and will not use in the execution of its business activities,<br>forced labor or work analogous to slavery and does not support the use of such labor by<br>part of its customers and suppliers. SANRISIL&#8217;s employment contracts are<br>regularly formalized. Remuneration must observe the floor of the category and function;<br>or if there is no collective instrument, the current minimum wage. Workers will not be able to<br>be retained in the company for debts of any kind or for the retention of their documents<br>and personal objects. Workers shall not be deprived of their right to freedom<br>to come and go. They may not be subjected to physical punishment of any kind or<br>threatened by armed surveillance. Observe the safety rules of the<br>work through orientation, training and supply of all equipment of<br>individual and collective protection, as well as complies with regulatory standards (NR),<br>issued by the Ministry of Labour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 \u2013 UNHEALTHY OR DANGEROUS WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANRISIL does not use under any pretext the work of minors under 18 in activities<br>unhealthy (risk to health \u2013 chemical, physical or biological agents), or dangerous (risk to life<br>\u2013 flammable or explosive), as well as prohibiting workers over 60 from working<br>handling toxic agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 &#8211; HEALTH AND SAFETY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANRISIL provides its employees with a safe and healthy work environment,<br>with access to potable water, clean toilets, personal safety equipment and<br>group, as well as training. Adopts preventive measures with the scope of preventing<br>accidents at work and damage to health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6 &#8211; WORK HOURS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANRISIL employees are not subjected to daily working hours exceeding<br>08 hours and 24 minutes and 42 hours a week, more than 1 hour and 36 minutes extra on days<br>worked. The company respects the daily breaks for rest and meals, the<br>11-hour break between two consecutive shifts and weekly rest,<br>in addition to statutory holidays and vacations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7 &#8211; FREEDOM OF MEMBERSHIP AND THE RIGHT TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANRISIL respects the right of all employees to form or join trade unions, as well as<br>how to negotiate collectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8 &#8211; PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANRISIL prohibits any attitude of discrimination based on race, social class, nationality,<br>religion, disability, sex, age, sexual orientation, union or political association in the act of<br>contracting and executing the employment contract and in its business activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9 &#8211; DISCIPLINARY PRACTICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANRISIL, in the use of its disciplinary power in its labor relations, prohibits the use<br>any form of corporal punishment, psychological or physical coercion or verbal abuse<br>(humiliation).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANRISIL is in line with current best practices and in compliance with the requirementslegal, assumes the corporate commitment to respect and practice the labor legislation, ofwork safety, as well as the best social responsibility practices.
