COMMITMENT TO HUMAN RIGHT’S AND SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY

SANRISIL is in line with current best practices and in compliance with the requirements
legal, assumes the corporate commitment to respect and practice the labor legislation, of
work safety, as well as the best social responsibility practices. That
document contains the general principles that guide the commitment to intolerance to
violation of human and labor rights, as well as compliance with the legislation of
ethical and responsible way. In accordance with these principles, the company implemented the
SANRISIL Code of Ethics and Conduct and reporting channels for investigation and handling.
Our policies and procedures aim to ensure:

1 – CHILD LABOR

SANRISIL does not and will not use child labor under any circumstances in its
business activities nor does it support its use by its customers and suppliers.
It applies the legal prohibition of the work of minors under 16 years of age, as established by the
Federal Constitution, Consolidation of Labor Laws and Statute of the Child and the
Adolescent.

2 – FORCED OR SLAVE LABOR

SANRISIL does not use and will not use in the execution of its business activities,
forced labor or work analogous to slavery and does not support the use of such labor by
part of its customers and suppliers. SANRISIL’s employment contracts are
regularly formalized. Remuneration must observe the floor of the category and function;
or if there is no collective instrument, the current minimum wage. Workers will not be able to
be retained in the company for debts of any kind or for the retention of their documents
and personal objects. Workers shall not be deprived of their right to freedom
to come and go. They may not be subjected to physical punishment of any kind or
threatened by armed surveillance. They may not be subjected to excessive working hours.

3 – RESPECT FOR DIGNITY

SANRISIL respects the dignity of the worker, his rights as a citizen and does not submit
the same to undignified or degrading working conditions, in particular with regard to
conditions of hygiene and comfort in the workplace. Observe the safety rules of the
work through orientation, training and supply of all equipment of
individual and collective protection, as well as complies with regulatory standards (NR),
issued by the Ministry of Labour.

4 – UNHEALTHY OR DANGEROUS WORK

SANRISIL does not use under any pretext the work of minors under 18 in activities
unhealthy (risk to health – chemical, physical or biological agents), or dangerous (risk to life
– flammable or explosive), as well as prohibiting workers over 60 from working
handling toxic agents.

5 – HEALTH AND SAFETY

SANRISIL provides its employees with a safe and healthy work environment,
with access to potable water, clean toilets, personal safety equipment and
group, as well as training. Adopts preventive measures with the scope of preventing
accidents at work and damage to health.

6 – WORK HOURS

SANRISIL employees are not subjected to daily working hours exceeding
08 hours and 24 minutes and 42 hours a week, more than 1 hour and 36 minutes extra on days
worked. The company respects the daily breaks for rest and meals, the
11-hour break between two consecutive shifts and weekly rest,
in addition to statutory holidays and vacations.

7 – FREEDOM OF MEMBERSHIP AND THE RIGHT TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

SANRISIL respects the right of all employees to form or join trade unions, as well as
how to negotiate collectively.

8 – PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION

SANRISIL prohibits any attitude of discrimination based on race, social class, nationality,
religion, disability, sex, age, sexual orientation, union or political association in the act of
contracting and executing the employment contract and in its business activities.

9 – DISCIPLINARY PRACTICES

SANRISIL, in the use of its disciplinary power in its labor relations, prohibits the use
any form of corporal punishment, psychological or physical coercion or verbal abuse
(humiliation).
